FileReady provides general document preparation guidance. It is not a mortgage application, prequalification, preapproval, commitment to lend, or an offer of credit, and it does not evaluate eligibility, creditworthiness, or loan terms.

No Loan Estimate

FileReady does not provide or replace a Loan Estimate. A Loan Estimate can only be provided by a lender after the information required for a mortgage application has been submitted.

No lender relationship

Logikality is not your lender, broker, or advisor. Requirements vary by lender, loan program, property, and individual circumstances. Always confirm what your file needs with a licensed mortgage professional.

Accuracy

Checklists reflect general documentation practice as of the published rules version. We work to keep rules current and sourced, but we do not warrant that a list is complete or correct for your situation.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit information about someone else without their permission.
• Do not attempt to access another respondent's or partner's data.
• Do not scrape, resell, or misrepresent FileReady output.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
